Monarch was professional from the beginning to the end. Lovely and professional exceptional. Women and Hispanic owned (lots of papers and passports!). But mainly the work was a higher quality than we thought possible and expected. The house is over 100 years old. We had some serious issues. They even made the beds when putting the third floor back together after taking it down to the studs—drywall, paint, insulation, mold elimination. You get the picture. Project manager was on it! Don’t take a chance on someone else!

My wife and I recently decided to replace the old carpet in our basement, and we discovered damp spots and mold in one corner. She called Monarch, and within a few minutes Austin walked in our back door—we were fortunate that he just happened to be in the neighborhood. He made immediate remediation plans, which called for removal of paneling and drywall and treating the affected areas. This led to an overhaul of the entire basement, including the installation of an egress window, which now provides a safe exit for our children and grandchildren when they sleep in the basement. And it all looks great—the walls, painting, floor covering, woodwork, etc.! Austin went above and beyond with his help and communication and finding outstanding people to take on the various steps and stages of the entire project. (And we found out that Monarch does all kinds of construction and remodeling projects, so it is likely that we will be calling again in the future.) Well done!

Austin reached out to us the same day after we searched for mold removal on Angi’s List. He detailed his company’s process step by step, which was helpful to us since this was a new issue for us, and he set up an appointment just a couple of days later. He was on time, professional, and honest! Our problem wasn’t as big as we initially thought, so he gave us a few easy solutions and even sprayed the mold spot we had without charging us! Monarch Restorations will be our go-to from now on as new homeowners.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Monarch showed up when they said they would, worked until my basement showed no signs of the water leak, and then came back a second time after the foundation company fixed the issue, but destroyed the first repair. It looks like nothing ever happened. Their framing and drywall folks are top notch. The carpet guy is a wizard. Never thought it would look that good again after all the mud and dirt that was tracked in. They even weathersealed a window that wasn't in the original work order. That's SERVICE! Will recommend Monarch to anyone I know needing their kind of service. They are simply the BEST!

We initially worked with Monarch for a bathroom plumbing repair, which was handled very professionally. However, the true test of their service came when we were hit with two major emergencies: first, water damage and cleanup due to a pipe leak caused by another service provider, and second, the subsequent cleaning of mold buildup within the affected walls. In both the bathroom plumbing repair and the unexpected emergency repairs, the assistance offered by Whitney was truly fantastic. She ensured the company took care of everything, managing the complex coordination and work involved seamlessly. What set this experience apart was the level of transparency and integrity. Sincerely and truly, Austin, Mercedes, all their team, and work crews of Monarch Restoration took a difficult situation from a plumbing leak and turned our home into a lovely and warm haven again!!! This impeccable company, Monarch Restoration, came in quickly, assessed the damage, mitigated water damage, restored everything and more, including new carpet, removing all our furniture, storing it as well with no detail left out. Priceless!!! This amazing and beautiful God-loving family made certain to help with completely doing what good people do: caring for the customer the way they would treat their own family. Austin, Monarch Restoration, took care of all the paperwork with my insurance part, his crew stayed focused and worked so well together; I swear they had their own rhythm. When I saw what looked like water damage on our ceiling, I panic-called Monarch Restoration and I’m so glad I did! First, I was so surprised and grateful that someone took my call at 7 p.m. in the evening. I talked to Kansas, who walked me through what an inspection could find and how we’d proceed. She got me on the schedule ASAP, which put my mind at ease enough that I was able to sleep that night! Austin came out to do the inspection, and he did such a thorough job checking the moisture on the ceiling and around the toilet and shower. He showed me what to keep an eye on and made a recommendation that likely saved us the hassle of ripping up our whole bathroom later on down the road! Overall 11/10 on customer service. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and these folks are friendly and kind as well as professional and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!!
